Can someone tell me which is the best for my family?? We have bought a five day ticket w/ park hopper (no water parks) for our upcoming trip. We just received a pin to use later in 2010. I am not sure our future trip plans as of yet. Probably a three day weekend in the fall. Should I upgrade my ticket when we go to WDW and get more days with no expiration?? WWYD??

Depending on how many days you add, it may be more cost effective to upgrade your 5day ticket to annual passes. Once you add the no expiration option the price goes much higher anyway. Adding 3 days in the fall changes it to an 8 day with no expiration. I would compare that to annual passes.

If the those are the only two trips you plan on making within a year from your first one you would be better to go with an 8 day no expiration park hopper.

Based on 1 adult ticket
3 day park hopper 271
5 day park hopper 280
------
$551

an 8 day park hopper no expiration is $441

A savings of $110 for just 1 adult ticket

An annual pass would be $489 for an adult (no water parks) for $48 dollars (less than one day)

Go for the annual pass if you think you will go more than your 5 day and 3 day trip...but 48 dollars for 1 ticket is worth saving if you won't use it at all.

Hope that helps!
