I have a 7 day Park Hopper Plus ticket which I won thru a promotion/contest w/ my work. Do you think it would be possible to upgrade that to an annual pass? Wondering who or how to do? Member Services? Any thoughts? Thx

Transactions like that can only be done on site, in person at one of the Guest Relations booths at one of the major parks, the TTC or Downtown Disney. If you want the DVC discount on the annual pass, be sure to bring your membership card. You will also need a photo ID.

If your ticket has "complimentary" anywhere on it, it cannot be upgraded.

I believe it depends on how the ticket is written out. If it says "complimentary" on it anywhere, that will not be possible, but if it is a full priced ticket, you should be able to take it to guest relations and get it applied to a DVC discount AP as long as it is a Disney distributed ticket.
