Ticket question, will a 7-day PHP work?

My DH grandma might join us on our trip, but she may not know until close to the trip, and she may have to cancel at the last minute, depending on her DH health, and honestly if he's still with us or not. We have arranged our PS for 5, in case she is able to go.

I'm thinking a 7-day PHP will work for her, but I'm not totally sure; we've only ever used UPH. We will be there 7-nights, 8 days. Our arrival day we will be going to a park, but our last day (a full day) we will be going to a water park then to MNSSHP. So, for 7 park days, plus a water park/MNSSHP day, she would need only a plus option and a MNSSHP ticket, correct? If she's already used all 7 park days, can she still use the plus that last day? I thought a PHP in case she doesn't go, because we'll probably wait until we get down there to buy it. The price won't be a problem at all, but I don't want to book her on a package with a UPH because she may not be able to cancel in time.

Yes, the 7 day hopper plus will work. You can even save the unused pluses for another trip.
