Ticket Question re: 6 month expiration date

Hi I am new to these boards, but not new to Disney. I hope someone can shed some light on my question because I have gotten several different answers from several different people at Disney. We have the 4 Day MYW (no park hopping) tickets that expire 6 months after first use. We will be visiting in March and only able to go to 2 parks so we were going to go to WDW again before the 6 months expire. The way I interpret the 6 month rule is that if we use the tickets for the first time on March 3rd then we would have through September 3rd to use the other 2 days. Two Disney employees told me that we would have only until August 3rd before they expire and then just today I was told by another Disney employee that we would have until September 3rd. As you can see I am very confused and a little frustrated. We live in Florida and I will not go to WDW in the summer time so I was hoping to use them up September 1st, 2nd or 3rd. Also, we got a great rate at the GF for those September dates. I hope someone can help me. Thanks.

Are they Florida resident tickets, because I've never heard of six month tickets? If that is the case, it would be six full months after they are first used. I know the regular MYW tickets, no matter how many days, expire 14 days after first use.

They are Florida Resident tickets. I again spoke to a CM last night and she told me without a doubt that the tickets would be good through September 3rd (If we use them first on March 3rd). They officially say expires 6 months from first use (not expires 180 days). I really couldn't understand where one of the CM's said 6 months would end on August 3rd. Thanks for your help.

That's what I figure, too. I wouldn't look any deeper than that, as it's the only plausible explanation.
