If one person on the reservation is not going, and the tickets remain unused, will the price/ticket paid for still be valid for another visit? From Robos ticket sticky, it appears that is the case, with the amount paid available for a future use. Just want to confirm. Trying to make sure I understand my costs. I would leave tomorrow for WDW, but package starts Monday. Two people on reservation, but friend doesn’t want to go because of hurricane. Luckily I named friend Mickey Mouse in reservation system. If I keep the reservation and the ticket, would I receive dining credits for 2?

The ticket maintains its value if unused. You can the apply it towards another date, paying any difference in price.

I believe the dining credits will be lost if unused on the current trip. But they can be used by anyone in the room, so maybe plan a signature meal or something to use the extra credits.

Enjoy your vacation and stay safe!

As lanejudy said, the unused ticket retains its value and can be used toward the future purchase of a new ticket. If you do not take your friend does not want to go and you do not change the package reservation, yes, you will end up with an unused ticket and dining credits for 2 which you will be able to use for yourself during your trip. If I were you, I would consider calling WDW (I know, wait times are probably long) and simply remove your friend from the package. Typically, there would be a $50 change fee, but I would ask if they will consider waiving it given the current weather situation.
