Ticket Purchasing Question??

I have been to disney a few times but have always just purchased my ticktets upon check in and had them as part of my room key.

However I had a question about purchasing the tickets separately with regards to discounts.

My parents are florida residents(part time) and also AAA members. Could I have them purchase tickets for me with one of those discounts or are the tickets Name specific?

I know when you have them on your room key it doesn't make a difference you just swipe your card at the gate, but I have not been since 2000 and was not sure what the policy was for separate tickets(not included on room key).

no discounts on tickets except for a florida resident AP.

If you don't live in FL, you can't hold FL resident tickets. If your parents buy them, they will be asked for FL ID for each ticket they purchase; if they do manage to get them, you'll be asked for FL ID the first time you use them. So ... no go there. Sorry!
