Ticket Promo Question

I received a getawaytoday.org 2002 money saving vacation planner in the mail. In it, it lists the current offer that Disneyland offers for 2002 (one day free Jan 07-march15), but it also lists another deal that with each adult hopper purchased, you get a free kid's (ages 3-9) hopper pass for travel between April 14-September 03.
My question is, is it likely that Disneyland will eventually offer this same deal, and they just haven't announced it yet? Do travel agencies get to see the deals that the park will have through-out the whole year? (the one day free comes back into play later in the year as well) Getawaytoday.org charges $10 handling fee for ticket purchases, and although I would be saving lots of money with my kid's ticket free, I would like to avoid the $10 handling fee if I can....which means if Disney will eventually annouce this offer, I would rather get it through them.

Am I making any sense? LOL

Any help on this would be appreciated.

I'll admit that I'm not familiar with getawaytoday.org ... However, it seems to me that when Disneyland offered the buy one ticket get a child's ticket free, it was for So. Calif. residents only. Sooo, since you are from out of state, this might be the best offer. Someone who has kids and actually used this promotion this year might be able to correct me if it was available to anyone and not just So. Calif residents.
