I have been searching high and low and yet to find any deals at my fav resort,RPR.

I think that Universal is thinking of huge numbers for WWoHP and so is Loews to cash in on this cash cow.:sad2:The days of fairly cheap rates,as they are for A 4diamond resort,is long gone now..

If ya got A good rate I'm happy for you.The only thing I can find or the lowest is $272 A night tax etc included, well lets say parking also that puts it at $300 per night during the week not weekend!!

Lets hope that US opens WWoHP in time and not have another RRR3 fiasco..

Sorry for venting my anger over pricing-gouging.If anyone knows A better way for me too book at A cheaper rate, please say so!!

I'm not sure when you are going - I got $249 (includes taxes) for August 30 for one night using AAA. Certainly not cheap but less than what you're seeing. Hope that helps.:)

It's my DW birthday in late April and I always take her there then.AAA and bieng A AP holder is not giving me the prices I expect.I will call again tomorrow and haggle more.If not I will call William Shattner-Price Line.com!!:cool2:

Lots of people have gotten great summer and fall rates, so I'm not sure if maybe it is just anticipated that April/May will be very busy this year. I'm seeing a rate of $224 for April 20 and April 29at the RPR using APH rate (that's $252 including tax).

Maybe the price you pay for being a local and being able to go any time you want? :confused3

Don't forget that schools in the Northeast are on Spring Break at the time you are looking so they may not be offering discounts that the point. Also Harry Potter is supposed to be opening in the spring so they may figure they don't have to offer as many discounts for that time. We got a good price for the HRH in Aug. through AAA. It just might be bad timing with Spring Break crowds.

I was thinking the samething about timing till I punched in my dates for our annual HHN trip. The #'s are crazy and that is in October..:sad2:
The good cheap rates are long gone now me thinks!!!

I got HRH for $239 for 1 night during Mardi Gras in March at a time when lots of area hotels running specials have as a blackout date. Not a great rate but since I don't qualify for any specials due to it being a short stay it's not that bad.
