Ticket Price increase

Is this new that no emails are being sent out when you make a purchase online ?

Last August I ordered hhn tickets and a couple of tours booked
Within hours I was sent confirmation emails of the transaction and order numbers
I’m renewing my ap next month and just assumed they would send out confirmation
But if they don’t, not a problem since I read here about the change

I'm sure you get a confirmation when renewing online. I couldn't renew ours online for some reason...the system would not accept the AP number, even though it was valid and I was clicking through from their own renewal email advertisement.

When I called, the rep said a few others had been having problems too. When you renew by phone, no email or mailed confirmation...nothing in writing.

That's how I wanted to renew too, but tried several times. Kept getting an error screen saying it didn't recognize the number, so had to call in. Phone rep said they had nothing they could provide me to document the purchase, other than checking my cc statement for the charge. I'm fine with it - called back and another rep verified all was good. Just thought it was a little strange.

That is strange. Curious, are u a FL resident, might have to show ID

I can renew my AP in May. Can I call now and renew or is there a certain date? TIA

Earliest time you can renew the ap is 30 days out

If I buy the 5-day tickets through Undercover Tourist, will I be able to upgrade them to an Annual Pass whenever we use them. I know they are good from one year of purchase date. So if I bought the tickets now, upgraded to AP in May, would the AP expire then May of 2019.

Use the tickets once before you upgrade to the ap

It will set your tickets to the value of the present selling cost
