Is this new that no emails are being sent out when you make a purchase online ?
Last August I ordered hhn tickets and a couple of tours booked
Within hours I was sent confirmation emails of the transaction and order numbers
I’m renewing my ap next month and just assumed they would send out confirmation
But if they don’t, not a problem since I read here about the change
I'm sure you get a confirmation when renewing online. I couldn't renew ours online for some reason...the system would not accept the AP number, even though it was valid and I was clicking through from their own renewal email advertisement.

When I called, the rep said a few others had been having problems too. When you renew by phone, no email or mailed confirmation...nothing in writing.
