I just went to www.universalorlando.com and the Bonus passes (5 days for the price of 2) dropped down to $99.95. Also a link saying "Compare to Disney". Disney must be getting to them. Maybe the resort prices will drop too.

The buy one get a free kid ticket offer is gone.

Which works out ok for me because I'll be buying 5, so the $20 reduction will make up for it.

Boy, I was kicking myself for not buying them earlier.

If you're buying 5 tickets, wouldn't you still be better off buying the Mastercard promo tickets? It may be different than when I purchased but it was buy 4 2-day tickets and get 1 free. The 2-day tickets were actually good for 5 consecutive days although we only used 2 days anyway. To see the offer (if you have a MC), use your same link but click on Mastercard exclusives.

It would have been, but the Matercard deal has changed. I was gonna buy those, but I waited too long.

The tickets are good for only 2 days. What do you mean that they were actually good for 5 days?

If that's so, then I'd buy those in a heartbeat. Can you give me more info please ? :wave2:

Thanks

I bought the kids free passes last night. Four our family of five, it means $383 for our family of five, plus an extra ticket! So that deal was the best for us. Can't wait to go!

We purchased our tickets from AAA in Kissimmee. We got annual power passes for 104 plus tax. Seemed like a much better deal than the 2 day pass. And it's another incentive to plan the next trip before they expire!

I just called AAA and they quoted $95.50 for adults and $84.50 for kids for a 2 day 3rd day free (including tax). So that would be $466.50 ( 4 A & 1 C).

I need exactly 3 days.

She did also tell me that the prices would be going up Feb. 1.

hi

i saw on the board last nite that the buy one get one deal was goin away
so i jumped on it thanks whoever posted

i was goin to get the aaa 3 day passes beacuse we need 3 days

but with the buy one get one it was cheaper and you get more days wich i dont need so what its more days for less

plus with 1 kid when i get the tix at the kiosk i can turn around and sell the kids tix for 1/2 price what you think about that its not scalping its cheaper not higher??

so it would be 120 x2 = 240 plust tax - 50 say for the extra kids tix
cost me 200 for 3 of us for up to 5 days

scott

I need four days, so I'm going to buy the five day for the price of two passes. I don't need them until October, though, and I don't know if I should wait for a good deal like last year, or get them now for $99 each. Does anyone know if this price increase that AAA stated would be happening is just an AAA increase, or on the US website?

Well, I put off buying my three AAA 2-day get 3rd free tickets that were $96. They've gone up to $101. Darn.

This ticket went away in December and it was up in price. This is a lower price than before. I was upset when it was gone, but thrilled when it came back!!

Oh I'm so bummed I didn't get the passes when the kids passes were free! I would have saved almost $150. What a bummer. I just didn't have the money yet and wasn't sure when it expired.

Oh well.

I have a question on these tickets, the 5 days for the price of two, do these have an expiration date? We are not going to Universal until next year, early March, so I don't want to buy anything that expires. Thanks for any help.

Another question on the 5 day passes for $99, do you have to purchase the express option with these passes? I see on the ticketmania site that all of their Universal tickets include this option in the tickets. Also is this option something that would be needed in March or April? I know that Disney is very crowded during these months but am not familiar with Universal. Thanks for any help.
