Ticket ?? Please Help

Hello,
My husband and I both have AP that we both can use on our august / september trip. Now we will be buying tickets for both of our adult sons that will be joining us. I was going to purchase two of the 7 day hopper plus pass with the thought that if all days and plus were not used then my husband and i would be able to use them on another trip ourselfs. someone told me that the ticket can only be used for the person it was bought for. is this true? If it is then I am not going to purchase 7 day because i don't know when they will be able to go with us again.

With AP's, yes.......but you will have no problem using the remaining days on your 7 Day Hopper Plus passes. I have done this many times in the past. The AP's are different because your name is imprinted on them and you must do the "finger scan" when entering the parks.
