Ticket pick-up question

I ordered my park tickets a while ago online and opted for the electronic pick-up option once I'm at the parks. However, since I ordered the tickets, my credit card company has changed and the card I used to order them and pay for them is no longer valid. Can I still use it to pick up the tickets or will I have to do something else to get them? Maybe go to Guest Services? I hope this doesn't present a problem when I try to pick them up. :confused3
 
We used the electronic pick up last year, then changed credit cards. I called Universal and explained the situation. They said it was absolutely fine, just to make sure we had other ID on us when we picked the tickets up and go to guest services.
They never even asked for the extra ID as it happens when we got there, and we got our tickets with no problems at all :thumbsup2
 
cinderella, you won't have any problem getting your tickets.

many people have credit cards that are bought up by another bank and they change.

guest services will help you.

Thanks for the replies. I assume Guest Services is somewhere in the front of the park? Is it a separate office or do I go to the general ticket booth?
 

they have guest services offices outside the parks as well as inside the parks.


 
Yes.. Guest Services is outside and inside but if she does not have tickets than she obviously has to visit the one outside.
