Got this link from an offsite hotel we may be staying at - Rosen Centre. Anyone ever get tickets through them? I'm interested in the 4 day hopper without plus options.

On our first trip to Disney we bought our tickets online through what was supposed to be a reputable company. Checked with the BBB, they were suggested to us by our hotel, etc, etc. So, we purchased the tickets and were to pick them up when we arrived in Orlando.

We got to their location and it was boarded up and empty. So we called their number. Nothing. They had simply vanished. Now, it was only 3 days between the time we ordered and the time we arrived. They were next door to another ticket dealer so we went in to ask them where the Company-X was. They said they came the previous afternoon and packed up and left. He said he had been seeing people like me all day long.

Well, I sat on the sidewalk and cried. We had spent $600 on tickets and they simply weren't there. We didn't have the money to replace it. We went back to hotel and called Debit card company they told us it would take 10 days to get the money back to us. I cried. The girl felt sorry for me I guess and got an override to get the money back into my account that day. So we went back to the guy next door to Company X and he sold us the tickets at the same price we paid which were cheaper than his prices.

In the end it all worked out but we lost a day of our vacation getting it settled. This has nothing to do with the company you asked about, but it is a warning. Just be careful. Pay with a Credit Card, not a debit card that way you're not out any actual money right away and you can dispute it if it goes bad. And make sure you get your tickets shipped, I think the pick-up thing was a HUGE mistake.

Just be careful! And Good Luck!

This is a division of Billy Boy's Tickets (http://www.greatorlandodiscounts.com/ and http://www.billyboystickets.com/). They are members of the Central Florida BBB and the Kissimmee CofC.

I have not heard of anyone having a problem with this company to this point.

If it worries you about doing business with them, my advice would be to choose a wholesaler that you would be comfortable with. Maple Leaf, Ticketmania, the OTC, Paramount, etc.

They sell on ebay as well and have great feedback from pleased customers. I ordered my tickets from them for our November trip and I have no doubt they are legit and will work just fine :)

My family has been buying tickets from ticketmomma for at least ten years. They are cheaper than anyone else we have found. We have never had any issues with the tickets. They arrive quickly. We go one or two times a year. We buy the 10 day park hoppers with bonus days and no expiration. We go 2 or 3 days each time we visit Disney. Because we have the park hopper option we are able to really make the tickets stretch over three or four different vacations.pooh:

What is a 10 day park hopper with bonus days? I want that!

I checked a list on the Cast Portal of "Authorized Off-Site Disney Ticket Sales Locations". This is a list of all companies in the Orlando area which are authorized to sell tickets or vouchers for tickets and lists about 90 names. I cannot publish the list as it clearly states it is not for public release.

That name does show up on the list.

I used them several times. Mostly for off site attractions like Medieval Times. Signing up for MouseSavers.com on the 15th of the month is a discount link for tickets.
When you buy the four day, you can find the increase to 5-6-7 days added is nominal or free. The more days the greater the discount.
Another I used was Maple Leaf with a code.
