If I get a Pkg . Room , Tickets , & Dining . If I'm staying 4 nights .. can I buy 2 Hoppers & 1 ticket for ..all day at just 1 park ? also with Hoppers in 1day how many Parks can you go to ?

1. Nope.
Because a PACKAGE requires that all guests in the package have the same kind of tickets.
BUT, what you can do is ALL buy NON-hoppers,
and then upgrade any of the tickets, individually, AFTER you arrive.
(Same price, as buying ahead of time.)

I think they may have meant they only want to buy park hoppers for two of their three park days.

Other than how many parks can you hop to with a hopper. That I do understand

Yup.
If that's the question, then the answer is that if you want to hop for at least one of the days,
the hopper option is good for that one day... AND, it is also good for all of the other day's too.
Once you buy the hopper option, it's good for the entire ticket. No extra charge.

(I prefer saying that way.)
