Ticket / Fastpass question

This is going to be a crazy question, but if I have a 10 day no expire pass on my magicband and also have picked my fastpasses can I buy a 5 day pass once I get there and change the passes on the magicbands and still keep the same fastpasses? I don't want to use the non expire if I don't have to due to them not selling them anymore. I never know when I might need to use them. Thanks for whatever insight you can give me.

Sure. Nothing is loaded "on" a magic band. A band is only a link to your MDE account. If you have a 10-day ticket linked in your MDE, and you make FP reservations, then buy a 5-day ticket, the system doesn't care which ticket you use to enter the park. It only cares that you have enough park entry entitlements to cover those FPs. Just be sure that when you buy the 5-day ticket, it is prioritized in your MDE so that when you scan your band, the new ticket is used first.
