ticket delivery to hotel?

Has anyone used ticket mania and had tickets delivered to their resort? I am down to only a few days and found a good price for DQ so want to get some tickets but there is not enough time for shipping. It is out of the way to go to their location to pick them up so hope they are reliable. Any comments - good or bad are welcome. Thanks

I have used them in the past for DQ tix and have had no problem. I have had the tickets delivered to BWV and the Hard Rock Hotel (2 separate stays).
