How early do the ticket counters open before a park opens? I need the annual passholders tickets

We are arriving late on Oct 19th and have early ADR for Donald Breakfast at AK the next day. I know you need park tickets to enter. Is the ticket counter open at 8am or can I purchase the APT from the resort? I know I can get regular park hopper tickets from the resort.

If I order the APT online it says them mail you a voucher and you have to redeem it at the ticket counter......

1) Annual Pass (buy or activate) only at parks or Downtown Disney.
2) Ticket booths open about 1/2-hr before parks.

Will you get in before DTD closes? If so, you can purchase your tickets there.

There is a Guest Relations desk right next to Team Mickey's where they can do this for you.
