ticket and transportation trams

Sorry but I am wondering are the trams at the Ticket and Transportation center parking lots taking you all the way up to the entrance of Ticket and Transportation - right where the security checks are? I was there in June but because I had 2 double strollers with me, we opted to parking in preferred parking and I don't recall seeing any trams going up to the security check areas (in front of the tickey windows). If the trams don't go all the way up to the front as the did in the past where do you they drop you off at and you have to walk?
