Ticket and EMH question

My 2 daughters and I are going to WDW this weekend. We're staying at Best Western LBV. I have 2 questions that I think I know the answers to, but I just want to confirm for the sake of speed and efficienncy once we're there

1. My girls are using old magic bands, but I can't find an old one and may or may not buy one when I get there (I actually have an old one from a family member that a rep linked to my account. She said it would work for fastpasses but not park entry since it's linked to someone else's fingerprints or whatever). We have e-tickets from Undercover Tourist. Their tickets are already linked, but how do I get my plastic ticket/card thingy? Can that be done at Guest Services at DS the day before or does it have to be done at our first park (which will be HS)? I guess part B to this question is where, specifically, can I buy a magic band at DS if I decide to do so?

2. How do the DS partner hotels handle EMH documentation. What do you have to show or use at the parks for proof that you have access to EMH?

A. Go to any ticket booth or Guest Relations with your photo ID.
B. Guest Relations in DS. It is called the "Welcome Center."
C. No, but it CAN be done there, if you like.
D. Virtually any gift shop at WDW (parks, resorts, DS) has them.
E. Show your room key card.

We will be there most of Sunday but not going to a park. I mainly wanted to know if I could get my ticket dealt with at Disney Springs to save the time of having to do it at a park. Same for magic band. I don't want to buy one at the parks but might get one at Disney Springs the day before.

Then, you'll be just fine at DS.
(If you ARE going to buy a MB, you don't really need to go the Guest Relations
and get a plastic card ticket.)
