Help - I need some advice. I will be going to WDW in March & will probably only visit the major theme parks 1 or 2 of the days that I'm there. However, I will be going back to WDW next year & will probably visit the parks at least 5 days & a Disney water park at least 1 day. Should I buy a 7 day park hopper plus ticket now & use the unused days on it on my next visit or would you suggest something else?

Thanks a bunch!

If you are considering that many days within the same 365 days, then you may want to get yourself an Annual Pass and take advantage of the AP discounts on the Disney hotels, food at certain resort and park restaurants, DTD store discounts, etc.

You can find an AP vs. Park Ticket cost analysis on wdwig.com

HTH!

Thanks Kristen. I had thought of the AP, but unfortunately it will be over 365 days before my second visit .

Then I would definately get the 7 day PHP pass. Ticket prices are not going to go down...only up. If you search the web, you can find different brokers that offer different prices. I believe WDW sells their 7 day PHP for $350. We just ordered ours from Paramount travel for $314 each!! Unused days are good forever. Even if you don't go for 5 more years, you will not have to pay that high ticket price.

Thanks shelbyjosh! That's what I was thinking, but I wanted to be sure I was calculating everything correctly. Your response has made me feel more confident in my plan. Have fun on your upcoming trip. I saw you don't have that many more days to wait - lucky you!
