Tiana After Hours with no day ticket

We're considering foregoing a full park day at MK and instead doing an After Hours event; however, Tiana's is not currently listed for the events and the only time we would be able to ride is between 7-10pm, but we will NOT have a MK or park hopper ticket for that day, just the AH ticket. Are we able to join the VQ at 1pm with an AH ticket? If not, then is there no way to ride TBA if you solely have an AH ticket?

No for the 1 PM Virtual Queue you need to have already entered the park before 1 PM to try for the 1 PM VQ.

I read a recent report on another board where someone was attending MK After Hours and they only had a day ticket to the AK (non-parkhopper). However they were able to join the VQ for Tiana at 7 AM. Although they were several hours late for their VQ time at Tiana (since they could not enter MK until 7 PM for After Hours), they had no problem getting on the ride. Strange! I'm curious to hear of any other similar reports. Very frustrating that this ride is not open for this event, particularly with Big Thunder down.

Tiana's is closing early in the evening to allow for work to be performed to improve it's daily availability. This attraction has has reliability issues since it opened last summer. It currently is scheduled to return to a more robust schedule on Feb. 7th as of today, February 3, 5, 6: Closing at 6 PM.
