There seems to be a lot of vacancies...I just checked and could get a THV for five nights in mid Sep over a weekend..WOW...and 2 bedroom BCV are available too... What's up with this...is DVC losing it's luster? :scared1:

Sept. is known for it's HEAT, and HURRICANES. Plus school is just back in session and I think the majority of parents hesitate to take their kids out that soon.

For this reason, there are some of the lowest crowds of the year in Sept. Pack your light clothing, sunscreen, water and ENJOY! :goodvibes

September is a great time at WDW. Hot and the lowest crowds all year. Just avoid Labor Day and you should be fine.

Also congratulations on bagging a THV, I keep looking at them but am not sure if i like SSR enough to stay.

Made my move today from an AKL Kidani 2bdrm to a THV! I am excited! :)

I've been trying to add on one more night for my June stay at THV with no luck with my waiting list. SSR is my home resort and wasn't able to get the additional night at the 11 month mark. Can't wait to stay there:cool1:

We have been wanting to stay there. Just not practical for two people,
As for original question, September just the low time for staying.
