I walked a half of an hour at lunch and then this evening I did my 2 mile WATP tape. It felt great to exercise twice in a day, I had not done that for about a week.
Anybody else get their exercise in today?
I did today. 45 minutes on the treadmill for 3 miles- alternating brisk walking at incline of 3 for 1/4 mile with all out running between 5 and 6 at 1 incline for 1/4 mile for the 45 minutes. Then did the weights and abdominal exercises. Hopefully I will be here tomorrow!
