Just got back and I have to say for the price this company was a good choice. The scooter was there when it was suppose to be. The price was $150/week not including tax. It's $10/day more for each additional day rented. We had the Pride go go elite portable travel scooter which we want to buy.
In fairness the ride wasn't the best, but acceptable. That's the fault of the scooter company not the company who rents them. It seemed like an older scooter and it did hestitate at times like with doing a ramp. It also stopped unexpectedly a few times. We were close to the maxed out weight for it; so, this may be the reason for this issue. When it stopped on it's own there was a beep beep noise indicating it was going to stop. The rider may have been doing something wrong, too; it's hard to say about it. I didn't want the hassles for getting an exchange; so, we lived with the situation. We could handle this scooter with our car and I didn't want to chance getting a bigger, different scooter as an exchange, nor did I want to wait for a new one. We never called to ask about this problem, either. We used our car most of the time to get to the parks. We did try the buses once to MK and the scooter worked with the harder buses on and off.
Another couple with us rented for a week at the same company and they did a heavier model called Victory from Pride Mobility. This seemed liked a better scooter, but it was bigger and heavier and more awkward. It took longer getting it in and out of a car. You would absolutely need a bigger car for this scooter. They used the back seat for the seat of the scooter. It worked on the nicer Disney buses, but we never had to use it on the harder bus. On the last day they went to Epcot with it by bus and on the nicer bus you could manuever it on and off manually. I don't think this model would work on the harder buses; the lift area of the bus wouldn't be big enough. There may be others here who could say if this scooter is bus worthy or not for all Disney buses. They paid the same price for this scooter rental. This scooter never stopped suddenly and it didn't need a nightly charge; because, it had two batteries. The person using it was heavier than the other person on the smaller scooter.
You are expected to leave the scooter fully charged when you're done with it.
Hopefully, we will get more reports for this Apple Scooter rental company.

I didn't report the problem we had with the smaller scooter stopping suddenly; so, I can't say if it was the fault of the driver or the scooter (we had a different driver one day and encountered the same problem), but I do believe the scooter had something wrong with it.
