Thumbelina and Anastasia...

Disney or not Disney?

I always thought that they weren't...but when I d/led these songs, the titles were found under Disney - Song - Movie. Does anyone know the history behind these? I know Anastasia starts with a 20th Century Fox advertisement sooo...

I've always been very curious about this. Let me know if you know please!

from what i have read on the imdb comments, they are considered disney but i dunno for sure, Don Bluth created these and he is also considered a traitor to disney, yet I have no clue why.....

Anastasia was done by Fox
Thumbelina was done by Warner Bros.

So neither of the films were involved with Disney.

I was never really too sure on Thumbelina, but I know it isn't..

As for Anastasia, I always knew it wasn't Disney because Burger King had the Anastasia toys (McDonalds is the fast food chain that has the ties with disney). That's pretty much how I always know if it's Disney or not Disney. There was one exception I can remember though.. Burger King had Pocahontas cups..

I now Thumbelina's not Disney, because I got really pissed off about that when I was a kid.

And Anastasia isn't. I have the soundtrack right here, and it says "This compilations P 1997 Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation.........."

Yeah, Anastasia is definitly not Disney. I loved that movie when I was little, and it's Fox.

Neither of 'em are. I remember getting a Time for Kids magazine back in second grade about how Anastasia wasn't, and I know Thumbelina isn't. But I love those movies I was excited to see a thread about them. lol.
