Thrifty

I just booked a 10 reservation with Thrifty for an intermediate car for $175 (including taxes and fees) for our trip in a couple of weeks (near the Orlando airport). Our flight arrives very late (midnight) into Orlando. My previous experiences are with Alamo and Dollar at MCO. Has anyone rented from Thrifty in Olrando? I would appreciate others perspectives with this company in Orlando.

I rent from Thrifty all of the time and have picked up a car at MCO quite a few times. The shuttles come pretty frequently, about a 5 -10 min wait at most if that. That Orlando station tends to stay pretty busy so if you choose to rent from Thrifty it might be in your best interest to sign up for there Blue Chip program before booking. You will earn points for free rentals as well as a slight discount on your online booking. The best thing is that it will reduce your wait time if the station is busy. You would go to the special Blue Chip program line and you are done and on your way in about 5-10 mins vs. a possible 20-40 minute wait in the regular line.
