Thrifty-good or bad?

Thrifty car rental has a free upgrade going on right now that we want to take advantage of, but have never used them-actually the only company we have used before was Enterprise because we have always had good luck with them. Does anyone have any experience with Thrifty? I don't want to reserve a car with them and then get to MCO and have a problem.

I have used Thrifty in the past and have not had any problems. You will need to ride the shuttle bus to get to their location but it is quick and painless.

Okay-if I have to ride the shuttle, do they charge anything or is this specifically THE shuttle for Thrifty? Like am I grabbing any old shuttle?

it's a bus run by Thrifty. It has Thrifty written on the side. No charge. though you may want to tip the guy if he assists with the bags
