Thank you so much for the help I am trying to decide if I want to get the damage repaired. It actually has that same frame but the glass was broken and the paper is discolored.

It's a cute picture. I would take it to a reputable framing business and ask their advice on how to repair the damage. If they are experienced, they can work wonders.
