Three Families on DDP For The First Time

I am planning a family reunion for this holiday season. There will be three different families (total of 10 ) going. We are all on the DDP (for the first time) I have never done this plan. My question is:

We have our ADR's and plan on eating our TS meals together. How do we handle the bill and making sure the server takes the right amount of credits off of the correct card? Will we (each family order on a seperate bill) or do they put it all together. There will be some people who will want to order a cocktail or glass of wine and I would really like things to be done by individual family. Is that possible?

The credits are divided by room, so each family will order on a seperate bill.

We just returned from our trip and we were in the same situation. Three "parties" in three seperate rooms. Before the trip, I was worried that it could get very confusing since we were all eating our TS meals together. Yet I am happy to say that it was a breeze! Never once ran into any problems at all! Most of the time we were asked before ordering if everyone would be on the same bill or not. When we were not asked, we simply told the server before ordering. At each meal, we pointed out who was in each party and received 3 seperate bills at the end. When someone ordered a cocktail or glass of wine, that party received a seperate bill for the drinks (since we were on the dining plan) It all worked out perfectly
Of course, being the worrier that I am, I did go to the front desk of our resort twice during our trip to get print outs of the dining credits for each party, showing how many credits we each used and how many we each had remaining. You have no need to give this a second thought. Have a magical adventure!
