Three Caballeros error pin???

Hey everyone,
I posted this question on another site and didn't get a response so I thought I'd ask you here. I have a pin that may be an error. It's a 12 months of magic poster pin #10087 on pinpics. My dad bought it from cheap pins. He bought a baker's dozen and 2 of these were included. The only difference I can see is the date isn't 1945 at the bottom, but 1943. Anyone have any ideas about it? Is the error pin on pinpics anywhere?

The date is actually on the frame of the pin not the litho part.
What color is the frame?
They did a few of these type of pins using different frames with different dates.
Maybe somehow the wrong frame was put on that pin.
This type of pin was also done in the 100 Years of Dreams series from the Disney store..
