Three Broomsticks Breakfast Tickets

Hi. I read a recent trip report where they tried to walk up to breakfast here one morning and were asked for tickets. So they bought them at their hotel that evening for the next day. Is this still in effect? We will be there the week after next and DS has requested to eat breakfast there. Thanks.

They have discontinued their dining plan. I assume that means anyone can get in line now? I know we were turned down a few weeks ago, but that was when they still had the dining plan.
