Three Bridges Bar and Grill

I would love to eat here on our next vacation, so I'm trying to do a little research. I have already determined that the food looks delicious and appetizing to all people in our party.
Since we aren't staying at Coronado, and will have to make a special trip over to that resort, how hard is it typically to get a table?
Is there a good/bad time to arrive to eat?

We arrived at 5pm when they opened and by the time we left it was crowded.
I think its worth the trip, everything was very good.

We usually eat late if it's just my DH and I, but because the others that we are travelling with are early eaters, this should work out for us. Glad to hear that arriving early should be a good plan.

We really enjoy our experiences here. Definitely worth doing if the menu interests you. Its a beautiful location.

Its replaced Top of the World lounge (still closed) for us until that opens again. Different experience, but this was what we settled on.

I stay at Coronado often and have never had trouble getting seated. I have waited for a table, but not for very long. (Minutes, not hours).

If you are making a special trip over anyway, I would highly recommend booking Sangria University if you will be there on a Saturday or Sunday. It's a fabulous value (one of the best at Disney, IMHO) and so much fun. It's held at Three Bridges, so you could simply stay after SU is over and enjoy a meal there afterwards. The resort is lovely, and worth a walk around after dinner as well.

Has anyone had any recent issues parking at Coronado to be able to go to Three Bridges if you're staying offsite? I know people haven't been allowed to park at Contemporary to go to the lounges without a reservation, wondering if the same applies right now to Coronado.
