Three absolute dining musts?

On past trips we've done mostly counter sevice and character meals. This next trip we want to venture out more. I need to start calling for PS. What are your top 3 picks for "not to miss" restaurants (preferably with a childrens' menu). Thanks!

1. 'Ohana at the Polynesian (dinner)
2. Crystal Palace in the Magic Kingdom (we've had dinner there 3 times and it's awesome! I want to try breakfast next time 'cause I hear it's fabulous!)
3. Boma at the Animal Kingdom Lodge for dinner.

Apparently you have children, so I would suggest doing character meals. We found eating at character meals freed up our park time standing in line for autographs, plus the time and interaction between your child and the character during the meals just isn't possible in the parks. That being said... We like LTT and CP in the MK. O'Hanas @ the Poly, 1900 Park Fare @ the GF,and GG @ the Land @ Epcot.

If you want to steer clear of the character meals and still have a "fun" meal, try 50's Prime Time or Sci-Fi @ MGM or Whispering Canyon @ WL. These 3 are FUN but definately NOT a quiet, relaxing meal.

I think nearly every Disney restaurant has a children's menu. My kids' top three picks as we're looking ahead now:

Chef Mickey's bkft or dinner
Rainforest Cafe (if you check out the voucher info you can get an awesome meal here for a great deal!)
Sci-Fi Dine In
