Threads to use????

Hi there. I am attempting to create the Mickey tie-dye and possibly some other adventurous ones. However, I am wondering what type of thread to sew the design in before tie-dying. Would transparent nylon work since it would repel the dye? What have you used? What would you recommend? Thanks for the help.

Well, please post pictures when you get them done! We love to see new shirts. I really want to try the tie dye, but I'm afraid of what would happen to my house!

Me too, I even bought the stuff but too nervous to do it cause I would be the one to mess up!!!
