When do they usually announce the thread of the month?

I have found more interesting threads by listening to that top ten list...it's always a joy to hear what they are each month. That's how I found Jess's thread, and I'm sure alot of others found it that way too.

Maybe I should phrase it "top 9 threads", since Jess is the perpetual first place for a long long time to come
