Thousand Oaks & Championsgate

Hi

Can anyone tell me what shops, WalMart, restaurants etc are near Thousand Oaks. We are renting a villa there in October. I know its close to Championsgate and wondered what shops and restaurants were there also.

Sorry cannot be of more help but we stayed about a couple of miles away from Champion's Gate once, near CG itself there is a small shopping area with a Publix, Subway and I think a Chemist possibly also , not totally sure.

You cannot miss the Publix , I visited it regularly, I am trying to remember any other shops but don't think there were any.

We are staying near champions gate this holiday too and have been trying to find out the same things.. restaurants, shops etc..
Is good news that there is a publix close by.. I think i read that there is a chinese restaurant and a mcdonalds near champions gate too.

Sorry cannot remember seeing a McDonalds, but that might just be my memory!

Publix/Subway I am certain though, I do the driving so I also do the shopping.

Yes, there is a Publix, Subway, McDonalds, a Chineese and a Creperie alongwith several smaller stores e.g. a cleaners, liquour store, video rental etc.

There is also a gas station about 1 mile from Thousand Oaks which has a useful store attached which stocks all the essentials.

O cool, looks like there are a lot of new things being built. Having a publix so close will be good for getting in food for the villa. Im sure we will visit the mcdonalds as well!! Will be useful after a long flight...

I agree it does look great. I'm really looking froward to staying at Thousand Oaks - our villa looks fab.

And as you say with the Pulix being so close for the essentials. It looks as if there's a very good Chinese also - we all enjoy Chinese food - especially the buffet ones.

Have to disagree with the McDonalds though - I absolutely hate McDonalds - but DH and ALL of the children love it - I just sit in the car with a packet of crisps and a bar of chocolate and I'm fine. lol
