I made my reservation this a.m. and booke Tutto for dinner. Any thoughts on this one? Thanks

One of my favorite places to eat in EPCOT. The Waiter/Waitresses are so polite and so genuinley itilian, it truely makes you feel like you are in Italy. Make sure you get the Calamari for an appetizer, its like $15, but if you are on the DDxDP, it's free ;-).

One of the best places to eat at. Love Tutto. Going again next week again and can't wait . :worship: :cool1::thumbsup2:banana:

I am so happy to hear the good comments!!! I will be making ADR's next Friday and was a little concerned about Tutto Italia (booking it for the Candlelight Processional).

Whe I have eaten there there food was quite good (except for desserts) but the service was indifferent at best. It was so bad we ended up stealing a pitcher of water off an unattended cart as we could not get our glasses refilled. It is also QUITE expensive if you are not on the dining plan.

This restaurant was a last minute decision one night while in epcot and boy am I glad we chose it! I am planning on making reservations when I return in June. I had the pressed chicken ( i believe that was what it was called ) and it was FABULOUS! It also had these vegetables with it which were out of this world. I honestly do not even know what they were but they were incredible. Because we didn't have a reservation we ate outsite (it was extremely hot which wasn't all that pleasant) but the food and our adorable waiter helped us forget about how hot it was! Definitely a must do when in Epcot, fantastic choice!

I'm torn on how to answer this.

1) The food was great- and they make their own pasta! As someone who always make fresh pasta, they get a huge thumbs up for that!

2) The staff was very friendly.

However,

3) Our waiter was never at our table. I ordered a drink when we first walked in and it didn't arrive till halfway through my meal. Our water wasn't refilled and our food came out late. Oddly, the 2 tables beside us had 3 waiters EACH serving them. They were constantly being checked on, drinks refreshed, etc. My husband and I were trying to figure out why. One was a party of 2 and one was a party of 4. They didn't seem to be celebrating anything (unlike we were).

4. Every 5 minutes they had a birthday song. No, I am not being sarcastic either. By the time our meal was over, they had sung 14 Happy Birthday songs. Yes, we started counting after the first few. It was very loud (you couldn't talk over it) and totally ruined the ambiance. Not that this is really their fault, it was just a total romantic mood killer.

We are passholders, so we eat in the parks regularly, but I think it will be a while till we try it again. Maybe after the "get in free on your birthday" promo ends! But the food was so good, we will give it another shot...

DH and I really liked it. The food was very good and the service was very attentive. The bus boy even offered to take a picture of us when he saw our camera on the table.

I was intrigued by this thread so I looked at the menu...$18.00 for melon with prosciutto? $16.00 for caesar salad? $24.00 for a simple pasta entree (no meat)? SERIOUSLY? I'm from the NY metro area, and I'm used to high prices, but this is honestly ridiculous! Is it a family-style restaurant, cause that would explain it. Or does the pasta come on a bed of diamonds? Just curious.
