Thoughts on loop selection....

We are heading down for our first trip and have a premium site reserved. We would like a smaller loop that has good access to a comfort station. It looks like the 900 and 1100 loops may be the best choices. I am going to call and request a loop, realizing I may not get it, but wanted to get your thoughts. We will have a golf cart for most of our stay and we will drive to all parks but Magic Kingdom. Thanks.

The 1000 loop isn't bad either. The CS is near the Bus Station that is between the loops of 900 and 1000. We stayed there in August of 2016 and it was nice. Close to the Meadows Trading Post and Pool. Not to far to the settlement either.

Those are the two I would have recommended to you.

I've stayed in 900 before (no golf cart) because of its proximity to the pool, campfire/movie area, and the Meadow Trading Post. Plus there is a bus stop right there in addition to the CS.

Since you have a golf cart, closeness may not matter. But there are a handful of cart parking spots for the Meadow TP but for the pool and campfire you have to drive around the backside by loop 1500 and tennis carts to get to the cart parking. By the time you do that, if you walked you'd almost be there.

So my suggestion would be to ask for 900 in your reservation and if you get it, great. If you don't, ask for one in 1100 (which also has a bus stop but it's across the main road from the loop entrance (same thing tho). 1100 is a loop I would be happy to get if not 900.

We stayed in 1400 before, a close walk to the meadows and campfire. CS close as it is a smaller loop, and bus station right out front. We liked it, but our new Beast would be hard pressed to navigate it.

We stayed in 1100 loop in 2014 and really enjoyed it for proximity to playground, bus stop and also because it's nice and quiet.
