Thoughts on discount codes vs. Fairytale package offering

I checked Mousesavers.com and saw that in 2003 there were no codes for Fall because the Fairytale package was offered. In 2002 there were room only codes that came out at the end of May.

Anybody have a feel for what - if anything! - will happen this Fall? I am really hoping for codes, but I think the FTP was a big shot in the arm for Disney, and they may try it again (won't help us as we are only going for four days).

What's your best guess?

I am curious as to what Disney will do too, as we are planning to
return in October. I really hope they do room discounts vs. the
package deal because I'm in the same boat--we will be there for
6 nights. I have seen the credit card offer of 7 nights for the price of 4 and this may be the pre-test for the Fall season and
the results may influence which way they go. I will be watching
in May to see what happens because that is when they started the package deals last year. My other issue is if they do offer a
package deal, do I take it or wait it out for the AP discounts which usually come out sooooo much later!

Sadly - I have the same feelings you do! Oh well - at least I got the AAA discount, so I guess that's something, right?

Maybe we'll be pleasantly surprised - let's cross our fingers, toes, legs, arms, . . .

ohh.....................I really hope they offer the 7 for 4 deal in the fall.
We have a a night package booked for early sept and I would feel so much better if we could save some money on it.

Hoping for some pixie dust !!!!!:wizard:

I'm waiting for that 7 for the price of 4 deal too. Let's hope it comes out again. Anybody remember when that became available last year? Seems to me I started seeing it advertised in May.

Does anyone remember if the 7 for 4 deal last year could be expanded to more nights? I seem to remember that there was a discount for additional nights as well, but I can't remember for sure. We're going to be there for 10 nights, so if it is offered and if we can get additional nights, it might be worth it.
