Thoughts on Dec weekends...

Anyone have thoughts on Dec 2-7 vs Dec 10-14? Trying to get a feel for crowds... First weekend is candlelight. Having never gone I would think that would bring in more crowds. But crowd calanders shows higher the second week. Kinda confused and don't really trust the crowd calendar.

First... remove the "crowds will influence my visit" vision. There will be people, it will be crowded, there will be hourly ride closures.
second...plan an optimum time plan, early in the morning, late into the night, fast pass use
third....take in the holiday decor, it is the soothing element of the holidays

Candle light is lighter because it is an event in a central area, only main street is unmanageable. THOSE FOLKS ARE CAMPING!!! not moving around. Also the days after Thanksgiving have increased, so that will help in the next three years for holiday low levels

The week days are moderate, Wednesday the best

And if you are in DCA in the evening on CP nights, catch the trumpeters on the Train station, that is my particaption viewing in Cadlelight while in the plaza
