So, obviously the assumptive buy in price has an impact, but it looks like the break even is 2047ish….

It also looks like VGF scores out very well…

Yeah VGF dues increases have been low enough for long enough that my forecasting method has it pretty low forever. I'm personally skeptical, but tried not to manually tweak the numbers based on opinion.

For VGF its the Polnt Chart, it costs more, so you have to own more, which means more dues... but maybe decent for long term SAP+

Right, but it also has a very high upfront buy in. So it’s interesting to see the order of magnitude that it outperforms other resorts.
