We've done both, and liked them both just for different reasons. I would say the experience of dining inside the castle was amazing. We got one of the tables by the window, so we could see the carousel going around, and not to be cliche, but it was magical. Our party was two adults, and they gave us each a Wishing Star and Magic Wand that I really like having as souvenirs. For us the interaction was better with the princesses in the castle than it was with Cinderella's family at 1900. We were one of the last parties seated at 1900, so that might have had something to do with it. Food-wise we preferred 1900. We liked that there were so many more choices, the food was good, and it was all you can eat. More bang for our buck, so to speak. Location was also a factor for us, so it might be for you? If in the park, I'd definitely go with CRT to lose as little park time as possible. We did 1900 on a non park day, so we could spread out the Disney magic without using one of our WDW tickets. Have fun deciding!
