Thoughts/Comments on this list of potential resorts?

OK... so after asking here (there & everywhere, LOL) PLUS based on my own experiences of the past... DH & I are meeting up with friends (more like friends of the family, but I digress) of ours soon to FINALLY book our lodging for our upcoming trip in Sept. I have been making myself :headache: over choosing a resort to stay at. They have RCI & Wyndham timeshare that they are half gifting/half renting to us... details aside they initally told us we could pick anywhere on Disney. Probably not true from what I've found out.
DH want to try for the Beach Club (hey, it can't hurt to ask, right?) BUT I read there is a $95 resort fee due at check in and it appears there is not a washer/dryer in the room... (which this momma really, REALLY wants!)
SO our list of resorts (mostly in order) of which we will ask to stay at is as follows:
Hilton Grand Vacations on Idrive (we've stayed there before & had a nice time)
Bonnet Creek! :thumbsup2 Never stayed, but LOVE what I've seen & read about that place.
Parc Soleil by Hilton

Then alternate backups are Sheraton Vistana on Idrive or Hilton Grand
Vacations by Seaworld.

I am really, REALLY hoping that since we are going Sept 21-28 we can get one of our first three choices .... I am pretty sure for us that DVC properties are out.......... I just have to convince DH that this is the case, lol, although, from what I'm reading, it may be no problem since they will be booked up anyway OR be in some sort of RCI ban or whatever

Eh, well.... thoughts or comments on the places we're considering would be lovely! Thanks!! :woohoo:

if you get a studio at any of those places it won't have a washer/dryer inside it.
but any one or two bedroom will have.

if you want BCV go for it - although most of DVC goes pretty fast.

the Hilton are lovely!

Wyndham Bonnet Creek is as close to Epcot and Studio as OKW and SSR.

now if most of your time is going to spend at WDW - then would go with either DVC or WBC.

other choices would be sheraton vistana resort (now it is older but still very nice) - Grand Beach - Hilton Grand vacation at ID is pretty close.

what is nice about the one at ID is it is next door to a very popular mall.
which can be hard to find parking at.

so you could walk over.

that with BCV you could walk or boat to both Epcot and Hollywood Studios which wins for me.

if you can't get BCV then try for BWV. - if not them both BLT and VWL are almost as close to the MK. BLT you can walk to the MK. VWL you can boat or but to MK.

blt you can monorail to EPcot (changing monorails at the TTC)

forgot - if you do get a studio - there is a free laundry mat at the DVC resort for use by the studio guests.

at bcv it is on the 4th floor. (it is NOT on any map).

at blt, vwl & bwv it is on the 1st floor.

at ak;/v Jambo house it on the 5th floor in the standard villa section, at AKv Kidani it is on the first floor - near the gym.

OKW and SSR there is one at every pool - plus SSR has a big one near the community hall.

Thanks for the replies Pat :)
We wont do a studio, especially with DS (sleeping) .... we need at least a 1 bedrm.
We want a place with a super pool.... since we will likely be at the pool a lot. We only have 3 or possibly 4 days in the parks. The rest will be pool time. One day we are going to visit friends out near winter garden ... so... hmmm...
