but after DS had another Endoscopy/colonoscopy there weren't any signs. So while that is a good news, the bad news is they found is that he is lactose/sucrose/maltose intolerant. The maltose being the worst. Honestly I'm a little unsure of his diet to begin with since we dont see his GI doc until Sept. (after our trip), but his pediatrician just told us to read labels and eliminate foods accordingly. So far I've basically found that gluten free and organic seems to be safest.
My question is...will he be able to eat anything at Disney? He LOVES the mickey waffles, we have an ADR at 'Ohana just for them. I'm pretty sure they are loaded with maltodextrin. Are CS restaurants capable of handling special diets? We don't have a dining plan so we only have 2 ADR's and we were going to rely on some meals in room but a CS meal during the day.
TIA for any hints! I'm doing all the research I can but it's a little overwhelming right now.
