Thought I'd settled on all my ADRs but alas I'm wavering - help!

Here's the deal...it's myself, dh, dd age 4 and dd age 2. We are going over Easter (get there Good Friday and leave the next Friday). I was looking for one night that would be more of a calm night and thought about doing the Ft. Wilderness campfire program/hayride. Instictively I made an ADR for Trail's End so we'd be there for the evening. Now I'm second guessing. I think after many character meals (buffets and all you can eat) I might like a normal sit down meal (girls are good when we eat out so that shouldn't be an issue). Soooo...here are my questions:

1. Has anyone done Coral Reef at Epcot and would that be a neat place for the girls? Is it any good? If we ate there, might we still make it over to the campfire/hayride?

2. Has anyone done the campfire/hayride and is it even worth the effort?

3. If we ditch the campfire thing, what's there to do at the Boardwalk (we're from Jersey so our idea of a Boardwalk is rides and games) and would that be something a little different and fun. If we did that, where would be a good TS sit down meal?

Sorry, I know I've asked a lot, just really doubting my original plan.

BTW - we are on the dining plan and have a park hopper option.

I totally agree with the "one quiet night" thing. I always plan an entire resort day, where we hang at the pool, shop, and head to bed early. We need it!

That being said, why not bring your girls to the Luna Park pool at Boardwalk for a dip, then back to the room for glorious room service! Talk about your sit-down, right on your bed in your jammys.

Have fun what ever you decide, but you'll truly benefit for a little relaxation.

First I just wanted to comment on the Boardwalk thing. Picture Seaside Heights and then picture disneys boardwalk. The boardwalk does have some restraunts, most are sitdown and inside, your kids would like the ice cream place, but as far as comparing atmospheres its like night and day. There are no rides etc. So if your dd are used to a "real" boardwalk they will be very disappointed, picture them saying, where are the rides etc. There are about 3 games spread far apart. We have seen a fortune teller, cost extra, the free stuff was the fire eater guy and you can rent a bike to cruise up and down the boardwalk. There is NO comparison.
Your dd would love eating at the coral seas in epcot. Try to get a tank side table. That way you will be right up next to the fish. I think there are only 4 of them. I think the placemats have pictures on them for them to spot in the tank etc.
Have eaten dinner at trails end but havent done the campfire and movie. I have heard other posters say its metal bleechers so if you can stand that for about 1 1/2 hours you will be o.k. Also heard the characters are there for only like 10 minutes. You could buy the marshmallows etc. at the trading post.

While the kids really enjoyed watching the fish at Coral Reef, the food was very, very bad. My sandwich was not edible, dh's coffee was cold, the kids meals were cold. For the price I could not recommend eating there.

1) Have not eaten at coral reef, but know folks who have enjoyed it.
2) I know sis did campfire thing first trip and enjoyed it, but have now stayed at cabins 3 times since and never did it again....so maybe it wasn't worth the time. We looked at the campfire area when we stayed there and decided not to go.
3) SKIP the Boardwalk. I'm from Jersery too and Ocean City was our beach. This is not a boardwalk like we know. The only thing close is there are some boards and you walk on them. Nothing to do but eat in a few restaurants and go in a couple shops. We were so disappointed we didn't even stay to eat. We went elsewhere. Find something else to sit and eat and relax.

Thanks so much for the feedback. I think I'll skip the boardwalk based on what you've said - my older dd would be expecting Wonderland Pier in Ocean City NJ. I'm still torn on doing a nicer sit-down dinner (Coral Reef just sounded neat but if the food is that bad I think we'd best stay away). I've seen so many raves about Le Cieullier (sp??) that I was considering that as well. I just don't hear too many stories of the campfire/hayride thing that I'm wondering if it will be worth it. Still would love some input if anyone else has anything to add. BTW during that day we will be in MK (one of three days there) so we could return to the park that evening and do a TS restaurant if there's one worth it.

Thanks!
