because custom brides include this with their em & package like their reception & have more guests. intimate brides have to go directly with epcot catering for a dessert party with a smaller number of people & restrictions on where their party can be usually in a more open public area just roped off, where guests can supposidly get confused & think their princesses in their bridal gowns. intimates also have to book their own reception or meal after as intimate packages only include the ceremony, etc.
