Those who have booked through Costco...question.

We booked our September trip through Costco...how soon before the trip will I recieve my information from them?

I know it's a bit early, but I'm anxious to see SOMETHING that has to do with our trip!

We have done this twice in the past and it usually was about 21 days out.

Yep. 3 weeks. Even though you go through the Costco portal, you have still made your ressie with the Walt Disney Travel Co directly. You'll get a call from UPS telling you that the package is coming and that someone has to be around to sign for it.

Make sure you call and pay everything in full, they won't automatically charge your card until you tell them too! (as others on here have learned recently!)

Well, when we booked we got info in the mail about our trip. Every time I changed things around, too. So that was *something*.

But the end packet isn't mailed after the time that payment is due and payment has been made (you can pay early but they won't send it until the time that payment is actually due).

We paid for our trip in full at the time of purchase, and I haven't seen anything about it at all, other than the confirmation email. I'm assuming that's okay!!

Okay then, 3 more weeks until I see something substantial!

We paid our off well in advance too. They won't send your tickets and package until 3 weeks in advance.

I was just about to add that, just in case We booked a June trip, I just put down the deposit. Since it said payment in full due on such-and-such date, I just assumed they would charge my CC on that date. Luckily I was reading around the dis boards around that time and stumbled on that piece of information - so I could call them to have them charge the full amount. At that point the CM let me know to call them for a tracking number - but I didn't have to do that - I got a recorded message on my cell phone with the tracking number.
