Anyone else not celebrate and dislikes the two months of hullaballo? I really don't like HAVING to listen to Christmas music anytime I enter a retail establishment.

And I'm disappointed that The Producers movie won't be out in time for Jews Go To The Movies Day!

It did shock me to see Santa already doing his photo-shoot at the megamall today. I thought they'd wait at least another two weeks, but no, he was there, in velvet and fur, despite the near-70 degree temperature outside.

I really couldn't care less with any of it except the music, and the bell-ringing. There is just no way to effectively shield one's self from the auditory assault, and I bet it even grates on many Christians. I don't mind the decorations at all, except the trees: As a Pantheist, I find the senseless culling of evergreens to be morally reprehensible. :)

I personally do not celebrate Christmas although I am a Christian.
I don't have a problem with other people celebrating it. It's a free country.
What I don't appreciate is how the so called "Holiday Season" seems to bring out the worst in people. I mean, people who are shopping to buy gifts in the season of supposed "peace on earth, good will toward men" will kill you for a parking space at the mall. It just seems contradictory.
Just my two cents.
