Those using swagbucks ???

Swagbucks finally cheated me. Was bound to happen sooner or later.

In December we bought a $700 computer through Walmart.com. I waited the alotted time and then opened a ticket. There were 3 "trip ID's" on that date (went to walmart.com, had to empty cart, go back in, etc). I didn't know which one was the actual purchase so I included all 3 in my ticket. Swagbucks responded that their system didnt track the purchase even though I HAD the trip ID's for that date. I'm so ticked.

Wanted to update my post above. After 3 attempts and being denied each time, I accepted that I wasn't going to get the SB. Then, on Friday after I made the above post I responded to the denial email a 4th time and pointed out I had been a very loyal SB customer for years and that there WAS a trip ID for this purchase. Today they added 2258 SB to my account. It never hurts to be persistent.

I just bought a $50 gc for swago for something I needed anyway, and it was the best deal for my situation... though I don't have the gc yet or the points, and the square is not marked yet... I seem to already have gotten my spins weird haha.

When is it supposed to pay the extra? I haven't seen anything about it and have done 2 surveys and didn't get any extra.

Is your survey page in purple instead of the blue? Hubby got targeted for a survey bonus day and his page was in purple with the bonus % listed next to the survey, I think he only got 15% though. He did finally manage to qualify for one of the survey's a couple hours before it expired and it was a "15" minute survey that took him an hour to finish... I kid you not with no exaggeration. Since it was one of the shorter ones the value wasn't very high so I'm pretty sure even with the bonus he didn't make 100sb. I don't think 15% is going to persuade him to try it again

I haven't been targeted yet, I think because I kept trying survey's to make the targeted To-Do list completion bonus they didn't need to incentivize me anymore. (I did make it but it was a painful way to make 500 SB... just waiting for it to post tomorrow like they claim)

Could it be from the last swaggo board spin & win? On my account won a double survey, but DH got one for a 20% bonus on a survey. Maybe that's what the bonus was for??

Yeah! That sounds like what he got, someone else on here said they got it a couple times as well. So I'm assuming it's targeted since only a small percentage have got it. Kind of like the bonus emails, only some of the SB population are targeted and then depending on your habits the bonus can be different. For the To-Do list bonus I had to complete it 10 days to get 500sb, hubby got a smaller number like 5 days for 300 and I think there was a report of another number of days for 200sb.

If the error message comes up, sometimes it helps to re-click on nCraves in the left column menu and "start over". If that doesn't work you just have to leave it for a while and come back and try again.

I don't mind the Swag IQ. I never get far, but usually get 5-10 SB out of it. Just make sure you keep playing even if you're eliminated and stay to the end to claim your SB.

Thankyou! it is driving me crazy - that and the surveys that keep asking the same questions.

Speaking of the To-Do List bonus, has yours posted yet? I completed the 10 days for 500sb and it says by the 7th we should be rewarded but haven't seen anything yet. I'm guessing they are waiting for tomorrow.

Nope, nothing here yet either. Seems the average timing for bonus posting is 5-8pm ET, so might get surprised sometime tonight or might have to hold out until tomorrow... and hope they remember to actually post them...

I have had the same issue with 2 large purchases but never pursued it further.

And you can do it three different times it says, auto, home, and disaster insurance. That's awesome! I did one so far, and tried to do a second one and it was letting me but thought I'd wait a day to get awarded the SB in a different day!
I thought it was seven days till awarded though, my email says 3/12 and I did it 3/5. I guess we'll see, just glad to get them!

I always get an error when I click on it - any suggustions?

In reference to ncrave, i always have to refresh the ncrave page every single time in between running the next one. Occasionally it'll Sometime still say error or not available, but I wait a little bit and try again, usually shows up to work shortly. But never can run one ncrave and go back for another without refreshing in between.

And I think ncrave is slowly getting better which is good, hopefully that'll pick up and get back to some good months again soon!
