So this is new.. I had an inbox offer to review my company for 25 sb. I did it, then got an email from SB confirming the completion and that my 25 sb were pending. I've never seen anything like that before.

Swagbucks finally cheated me. Was bound to happen sooner or later.

In December we bought a $700 computer through Walmart.com. I waited the alotted time and then opened a ticket. There were 3 "trip ID's" on that date (went to walmart.com, had to empty cart, go back in, etc). I didn't know which one was the actual purchase so I included all 3 in my ticket. Swagbucks responded that their system didnt track the purchase even though I HAD the trip ID's for that date. I'm so ticked.

Not completely SB relates but if you have a Target Redcard, check your email for a 10% off your total purchase barcode good until 4/21.

I haven’t gone on the website to search for ALL the fine print, but the email doesn’t say anything about exclusions beyond shipping, tax, gift wrap and previous orders.

Is that your REDCard anniversary coupon? Someone on the Gift Cards thread tried that and it didn't apply to gift cards. But a little creative accounting and take that 10% saved at target and move it to the vaca fund, still a good deal

Yes that’s exactly what it was. Had a feeling gift cards would be excluded, but true, it’s still a savings!

I did the ABCMouse trial on Mypoints this morning. It credited right away. I had done it previously with SB, and I had SB open in a separate tab running ncraves, and no problems. Yay!

Nope, was told they wouldn't issue a credit since their system didn't track it.

Yeah it's a new benefit they came out with last year. It does say you have to be signed up to receive marketing emails since the coupon is emailed. I haven't got mine yet, I'm probably going to have to call to find out what month is my anniversary month because it's escaping me. (My expiration date is June but I don't remember it always being that.)

I'm new to SB and I have a search few questions....(I read through a lot of this thread but 917 pages is too much to search through )
1. I redeemed enough points to get a gift card...how do I get the card to use at the store?
2. I bought some things on QVC and Groupon through the SB app and should have earned sb for those purchases. Those purchases haven't been credited nor do they show as pending. I sent in a ticket for both of those issues but the form was asking about a trip id and a purchase order number. I didn't see anything on either site regarding a trip id nor a purchase order number.
Can someone please explain to me what I did wrong?

PS I made a purchase on Amazon the exact same way with no problem and I received credit for that.

You will get an email with a link to your gift card, usually within a week or so, sometimes sooner. You can print out the gift card and bring it to the store! I've done this with several stores and sometimes the cashiers get confused because the gift card is on printer paper, but once they 'scan' the bar code, it works!

I'd definitely put in a ticket ! I don't think you did anything 'wrong', sometimes people have issues with getting their shop and earn SB.

For the Shop ticket, the Trip ID will be in the "Recent Activity" page of the app under the "Visits" section. You'll see all the stores you've visited and there's a TripID number next to it that they're looking for. Then the purchase order number should be the order number from the stores.

Sometimes it doesn't show up until the item ships, once it didn't show up until after I got the item (must have been a slow ship update from the store), so it can vary. Sometimes the tech tracking the session just breaks and might not have been anything you did, but if SB can match an order to the trip they can get the commission and give you the credit. Hope that helps!

ETA: Oh, I gave you the app info, but on the website you can see the same trip info in the "Shop Activity" section under the menu that drops down when you click your SB total.

Interesting. I have not seen that before either, but I have it too (I don't work currently though).

i had a weird survey today that was asking me all kinds of questions about Russia - my feelings about Russia, how the media portrayed them, if I thought they interfered in our elections, etc. It was creepy and I began to wonder if it was sponsored by hacking Russians, so I just closed it!

Swagbucks is taking a long time for PayPal payouts. Still waiting on one from Monday. I liked it better when it was next business day! And I was hoping monthly bonuses would post Friday. I guess tomorrow will be the day.
